Frequently Asked Question

A single therapy session with me is typically priced at 180USD. Currently, I’m not offering the option to book individual, ad hoc sessions.

However, I do offer discounted rates if you choose to book therapy packages with me. For a package of four sessions, you’ll receive a 7% discount. If you opt for eight sessions, the discount increases to 10%. And if you decide to go for a twelve session package, you’ll benefit from a 15% discount.

I don’t have a direct link with insurance companies. However, many of my clients have successfully had their sessions covered by their insurance providers. It might be beneficial for you to discuss this with your insurance company. If you let me know in advance, I can provide you with a receipt that you can then submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

The primary objective of a discovery call is to decide whether we’re the right fit for each other. In this call, you’ll gain insights into my working style, therapeutic methods, and how I plan to handle your unique situation.

We’ll delve into the challenges that are preventing you from reaching your desired goal for self development. I’ll ask questions about your current circumstances, understand why you’re seeking help, and provide feedback on potential strategies via Trauma Therapy. If any questions or uncertainties arise during our conversation, we’ll promptly address them together.

Once we both agree that we’re a good match, I will follow up with an email after our call. This email will contain links to my therapy packages, allowing you to explore the options and select the one that best suits your needs.

Lastly, I’ll give you my professional recommendation on the most beneficial course of action to pursue, ensuring that you receive the precise support you’re looking for.

Before deciding whether I am a good fit for you, it is advisable that you do some research on your own and read about different modalities that different therapists provide. I apply the NARM method and you can read more about the method in my “How I Work” section of my website.

Moreover, if you’re committed to investing the necessary time, money, and energy into your transformation, you’re more likely to see progress.

Therapists who are not specialized in a particular area typically provide general therapy that covers different areas, such as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Trauma therapists, on the other hand, work with a specific modality that addresses the core problem the client is facing.

I am certified as well as specializing in NARM (Neuro Affective Relational Model), a mind/body therapeutic approach. I use this approach when working with individuals who have difficulties with physical and emotional self-regulation, overcoming emotional numbness, poor self-image and toxic shame.

Each person’s journey is unique, but there are common benefits that my clients experience when working with me. Among the most transformative ones are an increased sense of self-compassion and self-awareness. Alongside these, another crucial benefit is a deeper connection to their authentic self – a precious aspect of oneself that often gets disrupted when dealing with trauma.

Working together, we aim to restore this inner connection, helping you to live more authentically, more fully. It’s a rewarding journey, but don’t just take my word for it. Visit the testimonials section on my website to hear firsthand about the profound changes others have experienced in their lives.

Online or In-person 1:1 counseling sessions are 55 minutes.

All you need to is a smart phone or computer, and a reliable internet or data connection. You will receive a link to the video call option the day before your session.

Instructions for preparing an Online Session:

  • To ensure a smooth start to your session, I recommend logging in at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. This will give you enough time to check and confirm that the meeting link and your internet connection is working properly.
  • Find a comfortable seating place
  • Make sure there are no noise in your surroundings. If you are using your phone for the session, then  place your phone on a holder so the movement of the phone do not create distraction in the session.
  • If possible, have tissue paper around you.
  • Make your environment comfortable and cozy for yourself.

They come from a variety of locations, with the majority based in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, or UAE. The age range of my clientele is broad, typically between 27-65 years. Importantly, my practice is inclusive and welcoming to all – I work with individuals of all genders, colors, races, and sexual orientations. Regardless of who you are or where you’re from, my aim is to offer a safe space for healing and growth.

As a Certified Trauma Psychotherapist, specializing in childhood and developmental trauma, I am committed to helping you navigate the often difficult terrain of unresolved trauma. I am currently enhancing my expertise through advanced training in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) from the renowned NARM Institute.

Untreated trauma can significantly impact our lives, often in ways we may not even realize. It might be manifesting as repetitive unhealthy patterns, struggles in maintaining relationships, unpredictable mood swings, pervasive anger, an overwhelming sense of busyness, varying forms of anxiety, or self-destructive behaviors.

If any of these resonate with you, or if you’re experiencing some form of distress you can’t quite place, it may be time to consider NARM Therapy. This transformative approach can provide a pathway to unravel the complexities of your experience, bring clarity, and ultimately foster a sense of healing and wellbeing.
